Our team will provide janitorial services three to five times per week after working hours, so there is no disruption in your office’s operations. According to your instructions, we will clean the break rooms and restrooms, restock supplies, empty the trash, sweep floors and vacuum carpets.
Commercial Office Cleaning
GCS is often called upon to provide one-time office cleaning, between tenants or by the tenant who wants a deep clean. Depending on the square footage, we may dispatch a team member to survey the office and provide the quote.
Post-Construction Cleanup
When office build-out is complete, the project manager is ready to move on to the next task -- cleaning up is low on his priority list. GCS teams are very good at post-construction cleanup, releasing the project manager from worrying about it and making sure the newly completed space is clean and ready for occupancy.
